School Day

As part of our parent-friendly approach to the school day, we offer a wide variety of before and after-school clubs during term time. Our earlier start time and later finish time help parents who have two school runs or need to travel to go to work.

The timings for the school day are:

07:45-8:35 – Sunrise breakfast club
08:35 – School gates open
08:45 – School gates close and the school day begins
15:20 – School day finishes for Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 pupils
15:30 – School day finishes for Years 3 - 6 pupils
15:45-16.45 – After-school clubs
16.45-17:30 – Sunset after-school care

A typical week for pupils in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 totals to 32 hours and 55 minutes. For pupils in Years 3-6, a typical week totals to 33 hours and 45 minutes.

To ensure that we align with local provision, our term structure will mirror that of our local authority of Brent.
